The prices for the products and services are in euros, including 19% VAT and exclusief shipping. 
Reduction could possibly occur if large quantity ordered.

All our offers are without obligation, binding and subject to availability, unless otherwise indicated in writing in the tender. 
Megorgeous.nl reserves the right to change prices. In the case of price increase to the currently agreed prices are used. The date of delivery is the starting point. 
Order Expiry:
 
You should pay within 15 days to fulfill your order. After this period your order will expire due to non-payment. 
Shipping:
 
Shipping costs are 7.00 per order within the Netherlands.
Shipping costs may differ from depending on the zone you select. 
Payment to Megorgeous.nl :
Unless otherwise agreed, delivery only in advance. 
By debit or make itself the amount of € 6.95 + shipping to account 52.78.27.592 in the name of "Me Gorgeous". 
Upon receipt of your payment, we only have to send. 
Mode of Payments: 
We accept PayPal 
We accpet American Express, Master Card and Visa Card.
In debit card we accpet IDEAL.
Payment by cash on delivery:
 
Paying by COD is only for business customers with a minimum purchase of € 400.00. 
The address of an order by cash on our double checks for accuracy (phone / email). 
Even after the order is an order confirmation via e-mail to info@Megorgeous.nl necessary. 
Delivery:
 
Transport within the Netherlands will be handled by TNT Post. 
Megorgeous.nl only supplies from stock. This enables us to ensure a quick delivery. 
As our delivery time shall not exceed five working days in the Netherlands. 
If delivery within 5 working days for any reason not possible, you will be notified. 
megorgeous.nl is not liable for any damage caused by the excess of the announced deadlines. 
Pickup 
It is also possible to pick up the ordered products in our store:

Free delivery in the Main Cities:
 
With a minimum order of € 400.00, Megorgeous.nl products delivered free to your door. This applies only to salons and shops in the Randstad. An employee of Megorgeous.nl will contact you to get a time to speak. For more information button below: business. 
Products out of stock:
 
When we have a product out of stock then you will be notified as soon as possible. If backorder is no longer possible you will be informed accordingly and the order expires. Payments will then be refunded as soon as possible and no more than 10 days after cancellation to the buyer returned.
Cancellation of your order placed 
Every order on non-payment will be canceled within 24 hours to order placement. Your order cancellation will be notified by email. You are requested to inform us through email if you want to cancel your order within 24 hours from order placement.
Exchange and Return Policy: 
Upon receipt of your ordered items, you have the right to return the items within 7 days after the receipt date. This is only possible if you acknowledge us via email info@Megorgeous.nl. Upon receipt of the return shipment, the order amount will be returned within 10 days to your bank account. Delivery and other shipping costs are not reimbursed by Megorgeous.nl. 
Refund condition falls if the package is: 
- Missing original labels
- Products open and/or used 
- Damaged packaging 
For quick procedure please attach a copy of the invoice and mark it as 'canceled'. 
Liability 
Megorgeous.nl is not responsible for any loss or damage incurred during returns. We require customers to return products to be packaged properly so that the risk of damage would be minimum. Megorgeous.nl is not liable for any damages directly or indirectly, after the delivery, for any reason whatsoever, caused to you or your family, your business, to others or to property of third.
All of the brands we sell are copyrighted to their respective vendors. We only perform as a retailer and wholeseller to these products.
