It was recommended by my hair stylist for my four year old son. She gave me samples and I love it. My son's hair is curly and defined already, but I noticed when he went swimming his hair started to get damage and Mixed chicks restored it back to it's original luster. It works great with my daughter's hair which is very curly. The leave in conditioner is great too...it doesn't get hard or crunchy...just defines curls. I got the set of 4 and am very pleased.
